The Mathematical Society hosts many events and works to spread math in the RGV. The following events are dedicated to math inolving seminars, activities, and meetings for our organization.
Officer Elections Fall 2025
On September 23rd, we'll have an election to elect new officers to positions of the Mathematical Society. If you are interested, see the flyer to apply to run for a position.
Undergraduate Tutoring
Tutoring for Math Classes provided by society members all week in Edinburg and Brownsville. Check the flyer for specific times and locations.
Mathematical Society Social Event
A social event for the Mathematical Society will be hosted sometime this semester for members.
Algebra and Number Theory Seminar
A new lecture from faculty and invited speakers every Thursday on topics of Number Theory and Algebra
